Register For Farm Summer Camp 2020

When booking... it will say "book a session" to pay your deposit or "buy a price plan" to pay in full or do 3 month plan

For those who feel they are in a position to do so, please note the Donate button. Even small donations will help support the participation of campers who might otherwise be unable to attend.

Payment & Cancellation Policies

 

Deposit: A minimum 25% deposit is due at registration.

 

Payment Deadline: Farm Camp tuition payment is due in full by June 1st. For families registering after June 1st, full payment is due at the time of registration.

 

Cancellations & Refunds: Refunds are given for cancellations made before June 1st, minus a $50 cancellation fee per session. Families who request a cancellation can also transfer their camper(s) to another available session at no cost prior to June 1st. There will be no refunds, transfers, or credits given for cancellations made after June 1st, or for campers who leave camp for behavioral reasons.

 

Financial Aid: We strive to make Farm Camp possible for all campers. We grant financial assistance based on each family’s need and the availability of funds. If you are interested in applying for financial aid, please contact us and we will give you the form to fill out. The deadline to apply is May 1st, 2020. A committee will review all applications and notify financial aid recipients by June 1st, 2020. Please note, depending on the volume of applications each year, it may not be possible to fulfill all requests for financial assistance.
