2021 Farm Summer Camp

At Farm Camp, kids engage in hands-on learning about sustainable agriculture and the environment. Campers take care of livestock, tend our gardens, and make new friends.

Munchkins

Kids ages 5-6 will be learning about caring for our chickens and ducks, planting flowers, weeding the garden, watching baby chicks hatch, learning about mom duck hatching her young, as well as other farm related activities. Some creative crafts will be painting bird houses, scavenger hunt, animal bingo, duck duck goose, farm collage, and so much more! Kids will have the opportunity to choose activities they enjoy. We will have one day of off farm visiting and 1 water day (weather dependent).

Youngsters

Kids ages 7-9 will be learning about caring for all our animals, planting vegetables, weeding the garden, watching baby chicks hatch, washing wool, carding wool, as well as other farm related activities. Some creative crafts will be building and painting bird houses, scavenger hunt, building scarecrows and so much more! Kids will have the opportunity to choose activities they enjoy. We will have one day of off farm hiking and 1 water day (weather dependent).

Tweens

Kids ages 10-13 will be learning about caring for all our animals, planting and harvesting in our garden, dress a scarecrow, sheep trimming, washing wool, felting wool, tie dying with natural dies, as well as other farm related activities. Some creative crafts will be building and painting bird houses, scavenger hunt, egg and spoon race, sheep herding and so much more! Kids will have the opportunity to choose activities they enjoy. We will have one day of off farm visiting and 1 water day (weather dependent).

You can find our medical form, registration form, carpool form, and waiver form here. Please print and MAIL all 4 forms to us. We will contact you and then will require a deposit.

Financial Aid

Please fill out this form before May 1st. If you are applying after May please email us. Note: For those who feel they are in a position to do so, please note the Donate button in the camp registration form. Even small donations will help support the participation of campers who might otherwise be unable to attend.
